All 5th year students, as part of
St. Brigid's Skills@Work Programme, took part in 3 sessions
of team building at Team Dynamics. This involved a visit from
Mr. Kevin Mahon and his experienced facilitators form Team
Dynamics, whereby students were spoken to on the key values
of teams and their importance in the world of work.
A day of fun activities was planned for the students, at
the Team Dynamics centre in Kilkenny that would help to foster
team building by the assisting the students in improving:
- Communication skills
- Listening skills
- Trust
